Classes are booked by appointment only. Payment is due upon receipt of booking invoice unless otherwise authorized in written terms. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within 48 hours will forfeit 100% of payment. There are no refunds for failed or "no show" participants. Cash or credit/debit card payments are acceptable forms of payment. Sorry, we do NOT accept personal checks..
* The Instructor course is non-refundable. If you are unable to complete, attend, or need to reschedule the course, it must be in writing within 48 hours of scheduled class. Credit for the class may be rescheduled at a later available date. Instructor courses are non-transferrable and credit will be applied once reschedule is confirmed. Credited courses will not be refunded or credited again.
Please allow 2-3 normal business days for certificates. Certificates are good for two (2) years from date of successfully completed course. Blood-borne pathogens course is good for one (1) year. Certificates are distributed by email.
+Group rates are available and set based upon the number of participants. No other discounts may be combined, changed, added or deleted upon written agreement
**SAME DAY classes/certifications are available, however, an additional expedited convenience fee of $25 will be assessed.**
